Booking Options
Booking
• An event proposal will be provided within 48 hours of receipt of your booking request
• A virtual proposal meeting will be scheduled to discuss terms and answer any questions
• Upon signing the rental agreement, a 50% retainer plus a $500 refundable incidental fee is required to secure the requested event date
• 25% of the total cost is due 60 days before the event date/
• Final balance is due 30 days before the event date
• If event date is within 30 days, payment in full is due upon signing the rental agreement
• Private event insurance and security are required for all private events for all rental days. Note: If alcoholic beverages are served these costs will vary based on the number of guests.
• Incidental fee, less any incidental charges, will be refunded within 30 days after event
